From my experience, no child ever fights fair in the sand pit, this is no different.
This is a fairly ruthless and coercive move by STX, threatening TPD! But, it doesn't change the fact that TPD still has funding options, and getting funding is just going to get easier the more STX shows its determination to have TPD's 45%!!
My pure speculation, but anyone who coughs up for the next TPD CR will surely see a premium for their money - courtesy of STX's 4th bid!
Why STX doesn't give the grumpy TPD shareholders (whoever they are) 0.5 and be done with it I don't know???
