Yep, very likely scenario. Give BL the golden handshake with shares and then bring in Phillip Lucas for the acquisition.
But why effective immediately, why not wait till new CEO joins? One reason could be that the intention to do the takeover this while we have an interim CEO? That's the bit that's spooking the market I reckon.
