Stagman, I question your motives for supporting me. I suspect that you have some kind of agenda which I don't go along with.
Of course there was some kind of disagreement at Board level. What was dissapointing though was that MR spat the dummy and resigned not giving any consideration to shareholders as to the impact that this would have. How could you possible have a CEO who was not part of the Board? Ridiculous situation, and yet MR allowed it to happen. His compentency is therefore in question.
