BL resigned is good, he made big mistake and immature business decision by sell 50 percent of lithium for $900 a tonne . If price lithium 6 pct concentrate $3,000 a tonne that SYA has lost cash flow approximately $280 M a year!
It is not expected a MD made decision without the outlook of the future and good strategy, it was just made SYA suffering, PLL works nothing but making very big profit. At the end, PLL acts like leach and parasite to SYA.
Can SYA cancel this agreement because imo this agreement do not showing good faith and fair?
