Shagz best if your lagging everybody to ASIC "why not LAG those Directors who hoodwinked their way to obtain financial gains by getting GT3loui to write a thesis on why everybody should stick fat and utilise HC in an attempt to sway holders so as those directors could gain 10million freebie shares or in cash terms over a million dollars yes Shagz there are more important things to consider an one of them was the greedy grab for those freebies...so maybe better of informing ASIC of how it was done pretty sure they ASIC would look into it more so than lagging some inept post on HC.
