I mean I used to live in America and I voted Republican like for Ronald Reagan. I was and still am slightly right leaning and now usually vote liberal.
The 'new' GOP is not the well meaning conservative party it was then but has been hijacked by extreme RWNJ loonies. Republican candidates like Chris Christie who tell the truth are not popular in the new GOP while total con and liars are popular in the 'new' GOP.
Many republicans have left the 'new' GOP supporting the Lincoln Project and switching to independents or democrats. The RWNJ have destroyed the GOP from which it may never recover.
BTW Greenland cruise is finishing and I'll be in Texas soon which has many Trump lovers but also many have seen the light and don't want that traitor and criminal as president again.
