Respectfully, I see little value in posting the 3/6 report since it was the day before the biggest trading day in MAE's history! I'm sure there have been many changes since then.
Here at MAE we love that word 'imminent' don't we? haha
The share placement eluded to in the last announcement would have to be approved by shareholders, and the usual 5 weeks notice would have to be given advising s/h of such a meeting. Since I have rec'd no such notice, I take it that any 'imminent' major changes are still some time off.
I will endeavour to obtain a copy of the current registry. It is not a complicated matter, it just usually takes quite a few weeks!!
