Correct but what is your point. 4DS is nowhere near 10nm and when you develop at that geometry the development costs are huge in comparison to the costs of what we have developed.
For a start you are using electron microscopes to develop with.
There are only 8 Production fabs in the world that produce at 10 or lower..
4DS will never reach that level
