    Hi mm55mm

For the record I'm very comfortable with the management we have, I support them wholeheartedly.

They have done a marvelous job dragging this wretched stock back out of its grave, I think the re-organization of the company will be the cradle of many new directions that will be supported by the initial successful pods of business.

Its a classic structure that is used to minimize loss in the event of a segment having a downturn, and maximize the ability to spin portions off, "if" it makes wise economical sense to raise cash that way. Basically they have done a great job of setting us up to be a grown up company in future years (I would say a superior structure to old management but really there was no structure!).

However the market does not look at it from my eyes. Goldy put it perfectly

    'The market is forward looking'

an absolute truth statement. We were all 'forward looking' when we bought into this stock years ago at many multiples to this price. And just as the new management pulled it from the grave us poor devoted shareholders were the ones that kept back the end loader from back filling the grave, and still we are here with our script in our hands eating potato soup fighting to the bitter end.

I don't think in all my years Ive seen a more deserving technology of the amount of support shown by employees and shareholders either.

But we need to put a floor under this share price 'and now' every cent lower now is another hill to climb on the way back up. We've got the goods, we've got the brains (well maybe not me), and we've got a great team of employees that I would like to see rewarded for all their time under the old management regime.

Now its no secret that I did not believe that Kenneth and Willem were deserving of such a big ticket, well its only Kenneth now, but I accept the majority vote and pay the price.

Kenneth and Mark bet their price on a share price that was substantially higher. This means that their starting point for their salaries is now lower. Now being that they are not getting as much in return for their sweat I don't want to see them distracted by higher returns elsewhere. I mean them no disrespect but Ive seen this sort of thing before, its easier to chase the pot of gold than drag it behind you, especially when you already have a quid in your pocket being paid to your entity or not.

I also said that I would swing in behind Goldy if I thought the case warranted it, well I do, after many discussions with other shareholders email and phone and with the company, I have decided that more can be done to promote our wares.

The simple fact that John replied to my call for a CEO Newsletter is fact enough that the company management believe this as well.

So its time to keep them motivated and I don't mean by throwing rocks. But we need to start stoking the fires now so we can gradually build our product awareness in the investing community, the IT community, and the USA high rise apartment community 'just for starters' a pamphlet or two in every TZ mailbox should spread some news (wont it be all the biz if when Mr Sigalla gets out of prison greys that he is retrieving his mail from a TZ Concierge system).

The world at large needs to be pumped up for this system Iphone applications and Nokia widgets and a blackberry whatever included, to let you know when the mail is in, so now is the time to start feeding the smaller fish i.e. the Australian Press, so that when it comes time to attract the bigger fish we have the bait on hand.

Email the company and express your wishes, do it politely and with respect, but do it. You are share holders and you have a right to have your say, put a copy of what you email here for all to see. And fell free to cut and paste anything I have written on his forum.

To cut the long story short mm55mm.

"Lance, you have been so comfortable with everything I am surprised you are now asking for some action...I do agree tho!!"

I have just about everything I have ever saved riding on this one and that has been reduced to next to nothing, which I can ill afford now I'm in a wheelchair, so for me it has to win.
