Ann: Capital Call Notice under agreement with LDA Capital, page-211

From the agreement with LDA :-
"Upon issue of a call notice, the Company must within 3 business days of issuing the call notice, issue LDACapital with Shares for no consideration as ‘collateral shares’ which LDA Capital is entitled to sell on-market(subject to certain terms) and any unused collateral shares will be adjusted or may be used for subsequentcalls, bought back by the Company or transferred to a trustee or nominee of the Company."

From Financial ReportFor the Half-Year ended30 June 2023 :-
"On 14 January 2023, BrainChipsubmitted a capital call notice to LDA Capital Limited and LDACapital LLC (“LDA Capital”) in accordance with the Put OptionAgreement (POA) dated 13 August 2020 to subscribe for up to 30million shares with an option for LDA Capital to subscribe up to anadditional 10,000,000 shares subject to the approval of BrainChip. Thepurpose of this capital call notice was to support the Akidatechnology development and working capital commitments, as well as tosatisfy the Company’s obligation under The Second Minimum DrawdownAmount requiring a minimum of A$15 million to be drawn no later than31 December 2023. On 30 March 2023, the capital call notice wassettled resulting in the Company receiving US$8,210,972(A$12,232,543) based on the purchase price per capital call shareranging from A$0.5895 to A$0.6842."

So my understanding is LDA were able to sell these 30 million shares from about 17 January when the price was $0.685. So how do LDA benefit by the BRN price going down.
