Ask yourself, do LDA get any profit by giving BRN free cash?
How do they benefit from this transaction?
Are they doing somehow doing this as an interest free loan out of the goodness of their heart? Or are they a finance compan, and are using put options?
I've noticed you still haven't answered the question, List all the ways you can short a company? You might finally arrive to the correct answer yourself.
