To me, this Short chart shows that our CEO (Mr Gareth MANDERSON and the board) had sold the recently completed A$100 million fully underwritten institutional placement conducted at A$0.40 per share to the Shorter's.
The Shorter's love the CXO CEO. ( I don't )
And CXO management think they are good, because they "announced the successful completion of a $100 million share placement" to institutional and sophisticated investors at a price of 40 cents per share.
Note: CXO has been an extremely bad judgement (investment) for me...
