This is probably your first reasonable post on Suncorp that I've ever seen.

Yes ASIC has investigated general insurers and out of that IAG (and RACQ I believe) have proceedings against them. Suncorp haven't had anything other than being put on notice about their pricing (along with every other general insurer).

You're right in saying that ACCC ruled against ANZ and Suncorp but that's not how you framed your earlier post and it's got nothing to do with any ASIC investigation.
And that is my issue with your posts on Suncorp. Constant catastrophising and down ramping that often verges on the incoherent that is also frequently made in response to a post made years ago.
There's lots going on with Suncorp and there's plenty of issues that could be discussed without the need for posts that are at best wild speculation and at worst deliberate misinformation.
