In my opinion there is stuff in this annual report that shareholders should have been informed about previously.
1) The resignation of the VP for partner engagement - Dr Lipe - apparently she resigned and it wasn't even deemed worthy of a note by Ross Macdonald in the quarterly after the VP for partner engagement resigned.
2) The future contracted commitments for R@D in the notes of the financials.
How can the market or shareholders possibly evaluate such lack of detail ? (It makes all the difference in the world what the company is spending its money on in contracts - that is where value creation or wholesale destruction takes place - its like the directors are playing some sort of shell game of maximal non disclosure for maximal non accountability.
