isn't that bad? You spending money you don't have. You can project cashflow all you want but no guarantee you will get that revenue or cashflow? Isn't it better to keep your powder dry in time of uncertainty, and not have to rely on taking out more debt with higher interest now, when you could have just kept more cash on the books. I can see the reason, this is a dividend stock, if the yield stopped then ppl would sell out? Looks like they have been doing this for the last several years too reading the last few year's report. Bit of a worry.
