you need to open your ears .. AP stated(webinar!!!)all the Cuban refineries can handle the 19API oil and have the spare capacity so will want it ASAP ., I see CUPET coming into the picture (Cuba govt owned oil company) they will be rolling the red carpet out to get this oil flowing .. tankers backed up then pipelines planned asap .. deeper targets could well be the export premium oil many refineries will demand and sign up to long life contracts worth muti Billions .. At some point the market will start to value the upside .. it seems if your O&G it's all about production cashflows asap where some mineral prospect out the back of nowhere can command Bill+ caps with production unlikely for decade+
just imagine where Alameda could be in 3-4yrs !! pipelines in place 50,000-100,000bbls+ per day for 40yrs ++ what kind of value would that give 30% interests
500k to 1mill per day net to MAY
