p.s ,,, I am not a downramper and in fact ,are awaiting the right opportunity to re enter the stock as I no longer hold ,having been lucky enough to realise profits from my previous holdings.It’s my belief that Hopper wanted to secure the funds , to buy the current asset as it was a good fit and extremely well priced , due to the current economic environment ,Hopper decided to structure the spp in such a way that the offer would be too good to refuse for many investors ,so they would take up the offer and he could then secure the asset, regardless of the short term share price destruction and consequent dilution.For mine , for those that are not a holder at much higher prices this represents a good opportunity to buy stock as the SOI will be taken care of by a 10/1 consolidation,followed by a Nasdaq listing at some point , then shortly followed up at some point with some positive data release to then support a healthy but less liquid consolidated share price ,just my thoughts.
