I've made more money out of real estate by far than my charting. The last property I sold I made a capital gain of $2,000,000. Not bad, and tax free.
Give up SYA and start looking at your local real estate listings while interest rates are up. And of course, there's lots of risk, borrowing a million or two isn't for the faint hearted.
