some evidence for this is that the russ have needed to bring in a brigade of eleite troops from elsewhere to try and stop the UAF also there have been reports of russian complaints that the UAF artilery are firing more rounds than before
we will see over time who is correct when we see who is shortest of troops , although personally I think that is already evident
I've heard similar BS to yours beofore ....several times pro russ have said UAF was running out of troops and trickie keeps pushing that ridiculous "much greater than 7:1 kill ratio" seen some today from a totally disreputable source ....but you people WANT to believe so you run with it
