    For example, if the share price tanks enough, if I was an 'advisor' to the Stokes family, I would use the lower share price to buy an additional 3% through the legal 6 monthly bracket creep.
    The key is to keep that owners increase without paying any premium.!!!

    Then once acquired, allow a bit share market buyback, but only after the 3% position has been acquired!!! Why pay more!!!
