This is what the Directors want to do - run the coin down so there is no choice but to raise money to advance the project.

- release nothing (or the bear minimum on Tapan)

- Pay themselves unsurpassed consultancy fees to run down the companys wealth.

- ask shareholders for more coin, we all say 'No, get Stuffed, what have you achieved so far????'

- they or an associate entity will be the 'Under Writer' to any up coming 'Rights Issue' and they'll pick up the left over shares and there will be plenty of them because who would invest with such greedy, self focused and ill directed Management.

- they'll have full control of the company after the Rights Issue and can do what ever they want and pay themselves probably 3 to 4 times more than they receive now.

This is the most cunning piece of Directorship I have ever seen - it is actually well planed and well thought-out.

It is deceitful, unethical, and immoral and down right criminal what has happened and what is about to happen.

How much FOOD & DRINK can one person consume anyway????
