By the way, on the subject of oppies. I was watching an AGM of another small company yesterday and the directors were awarding themselves options. When in the QandA section afterwards a shareholder asked why they should be given more oppies, the chairman's reasoning was that because their current oppies had now expired, so they were just replacing them!!
Funny how companies don't seem to "just replace" shareholder options when they expire.
