Buying on the market by BODThe BOD is in a complete Black-out ATM.
They are prevented from buying shares on the open market.(Per ASX rules)
Joel for one said he is personally in possession of unblinded trial results which means buying is not allowed.
As for Bob Clarke, his purchases would need to be declared to the ASX, Joel was quite adamant that none of the BOD can buy on the market ATM

Peter said Clarion Clinics was by far the most advanced in the delivery of these new services by time and scale.
We discussed the 15.5% ownership of the Clinics, he said they have to qualify... so they are on incentive agreements to get their shares.
If all goes well then they will also receive some share of new clinics but not in Pyschennex Pty Ltd.

@JMiller83 We had Troy, Peter, Joel, and Julian there, and all were very open to one-on-one discussions.
I had discussions with each of them... each mentioned the hard work Joel has been doing behind the scenes in the past 12 months
to make this move a success, all of his contacts in the USA are ready and waiting for us to move over.
There is a sense of confidence amongst them, that they have done their due diligence thoroughly, and the company will be welcomed by the Investment community over there.
Joel did mention Dr Sud and said they were in communication and respected him and his situation and are working through it as best they can.
I am sure I haven't answered everyone's requests but tried to cover as best I could,
so many other posters asking questions that it was hard for me to get a word in !!!!!
Good luck all ...so pleased to have met up with so many other Brisbane-based holders too!
