well....the first thing is you've seen the claim ....did they actually say that ? propaganda often lies or misrepresents if they did they were wrong ..... those sorts of losses don't mess with what we are seeing on the ground in terms of numbers of troops still available to Ukraine We know the population of Ukraine - 400,000 deaths is not possible and still have an army that can match it with russia
