    I find it interesting that this report is to 30th June, so as of the end of LAST month, APG had, in their own words, negotiated these deals (note the word 'negotiated' and not 'negotiating'. Why then in the 4 WEEKS since then have they once again not been able to FINALISE and officially SIGN these deals that they have "negotiated"?!?!?

    Anyone? Surely this is enough time to sign off on an agreed deal?
