So many reports out this morning so I have only had time to gloss over most of them. My very quick assessment of these results - they show just how nimble and adaptive DDR are. Concentrating on those segments which are growing when others are not and soaking up boltons which are high margin and accretive when integrated with their management style and systems. Not much else I can say other than the fact that as things improve there is good reason to think that DDR will do the same.
