    Actually, that does seem like it may go that way. The last announcement talked about (now) two bidders for Morilla (and probably Massigui). With the speculation that the 'new' bidder may be the Mali state owned enterprise mining company.

    As per my post at LLL, perhaps some of the cash from LLL's DSO could go to Mali Govt. to help with any other requirements re FFX.
