There could be a very large order that they are trying to fill before delivery of the order, so manufacturing the batteries continue with no ann,s I feel that the ann will come once order forfilled and delivered then this news will be hard fact, and tgis is why I believe they only needed another $5 million but got $10 with over subscription. ann around the corner imo!
