    nameuser,

You are out of your depth, but worth the exercise to show others what could happen.

FYI if the tax losses were not the main motivating factor why not just take the JV interest in satisfaction of their debt, because tax losses are with the listed public entity CMR, not at the JV level, this is why they are pushing so hard to keep the vehicle.

To put it another way had the interest in the JV been held in a subsidiary which had the tax losses as well, the assets would have left the building by now and been in the hands of the DOCA proponents without a say from you, the only asset you guys have at the moment is your votes, neither directors or FH can issue shares without your approval but they can sell assets without your approval!

So you don't need and MBA to see it's the TAX LOSSES.

My stock position is irrelevant but for the record, I may have mentioned previously, I did hold CMR years ago and took a major loss, before these turkeys got involved and have followed it ever since which is reason I bother to post.
I was looking to get back in and when I read their presentation showing sensitivities etc. I backed off, it was a major backside covering exercise rather then keeping you guys informed.
