Since this is about my personal holding I will answer this question as it is causing unnecessary confusion. The second lot of shares are from the conversion of my CSO options (the one's I got in 2019 for working as the CSO for no salary). The company was not able to issue a cleansing notice at the time of the conversion and so under the ASX rules this means the shares must be held in escrow for 12 months. They will be released in Nov this year and join the rest of my other shares.
Yes I have recent bought more RAC shares and now own a little over 10% of the company.
