You can buy and sell preo now. They are options expiring Dec 2011. Which means if you hold them at that date it will cost you in this case 1.5c per option to convert to an ordinary share. i.e you will need to send the money into the company else they expire. You can do it before that date though. I would just hang onto them if you dont need the money as expiry is a long way off.
