Plenty if evidence shows Yanukovych made a predermined attempt to flee Ukraine.

He didn’t inform his whereabouts, was not contactable, had one attempt to leave the coubtry denied, tried to prearrange with accomplices that a “visit” in the east of ghe coubtry “looked like” an official visit.

Not the actions of a man intending to remain in Ukraine as their president.

He abandoned his presidency and skipped the country.

That was the situation BEFORE the Rada vote.

Who should make that determination?

Good question, why don’t YOU answer it?

You only cry about the vote happening, you ignore the situation CREATED voluntarily by Yanukovych himself and you never suggest how Ukraine should have handled a president who abandoned his presidency.

The best way to handle the situation Yanukovych created was to hold elections. Ukraine did that, in May, a mere 4 months after.

Tell us all a better solution to Yanukovych abandoning his presidency and fleeing Ukraine to escape the consequences of his decisions and obscene corruption.
