1. Page 5 Euroz report says even based on Japanses 143 000 prescribtion p.a. ( old numbers now and product being 2 years in Japan) ..at US NET pricing usd 540 ( gross price 720) , we get to usd77mln net revenue...
main points here, second year ...Japan number is the base....
if we use just this logic suggested by Euroz we can say a. adjust for US population 2.5x ....and we will get Net Sales in a second year in US 180mln...
2. Another approach offered to us by Euroz report is , as you mentioned using Market penetration model...
Super conservative...and has some very conservative assumptions ( cost of Sales is very high in this model..market penetration for Best I class drug is super conit is conservative)
the summary is : even Euroz present us 2 models..
i am more aligned with using direct numbers from Japan..it is proven
