    On reading RDR's 29Jul announcement RDR shows on page 22 that they are in discussions with domestic and international companies on proposals for toll treatment, JV's for lithium carbonate production.

    Question is have RDR been talking to Iggy. Is that why GXY's Chinese plant being modified to take additional feedstock?
