Yes can totally understand that , he said that HX will start work in Florida immediately next year ( no mention for who and no timeframe give) but nevertheless by mentioning this it seems he has a builder and a contract in place and can’t or won’t announce it ! Bit weird imo . Once this happens full disclosure should happen, terms and conditions of deal , I guess we just have to wait till then . Don’t know how long you have been invested mate but for those who have been here for 8 years and listening to the same regurgitation and unclear announcements it gets very frustrating especially for those who bought in the 10-25 c range and are sitting on 2c for the last few years holding onto “Hope” it’s no fun at all I can vouch for that when I sold at a loss and lucky for me it turned out to be a good decision, I can only hope by jumping in again I’ve made another good decision, but then again I’m thinking how can you go wrong on 2.1 c as the next couple of announcements should see us at 5c , they’re going to need that to raise imo. Will be very interesting to see their tact . Time will tell . Respect
