Good note. Quick question about the last two paragraphs.

Do you believe APG is holding off on finishing the plant because they dont have the commerical contracts in place to provide the cashflow once finished?

Only ask because it was strange that there was no mention of when the plant would be finished an commissioning started. I wonder if it is still scheduled for this year.

Btw - I topped up again. If I keep going at it I might hit the top 20 soon!!
