No one "yet", has come forth but a lot can happen between now and Dec, and once Waylering is selling gas, attitudes to TPD could change. I reckon STX has to be worried about this but there isn't much they can do. They can't operate looking over their shoulder, they have to stick to the plan and the plan is, and always has been, to finish Walyering ASAP !!
Conspiracy stories of a deliberately delayed project in order to snatch TPD on the cheap are IMHO rubbish!! STX would have had Walyering finished months ago if that was possible! The very last thing STX wants is a vulnerable weak share price! Walyering sales will rally the price for STX and TPD for that matter, that's good news all around!
