@52570 (assuming) you will take what the Company offer by way of the "Corporate Process."
@intelseb you have already indicated you will take an offer at $0.20c
I am completely bamboozled, so why would either of you care about a smelter royalty?
Why would you think there would be a smelter royalty? Dependent on who wins (

) the contract; if:
1: Corica Mali will be paying a nominal fee, they will take on the liabilities?, being the obvious,
(a) the conditions etc, of the Morila Convention transfer with the sale:
~ rehabilitation costs (were) provisioned for at $26,545,076
~ employee entitlements (were) provisioned for $1,655,153? -- not sure if these would carry over to new owner?
~ convention load circa $10,775,435
~ bank overdraft with Banque de Development du Mali SA US$3,992,872?
(b) and the not so obvious creditor debt;
~ trade and payables $50,707,672
~ current tax liabilities $4,665,000
~ to who does Morila SA owe the most debt? ?

Why would they pay a NSR?

Post deconsolidation
2: SOREM SA, State owned company, government;
~ they want everything including kitchen sink, I would hardly think they will be giving any ground!
The purpose of this new business is the government will reap all the benefits of being the preferred contractor to Morila SA, they are hardly going to give back anything to "sweeten" the deal.
~ will they be after payment for rehabilitation? and the entitlements to employees.
~ are the surrounding towns wanting some funds by way of the LCDC? which was structured and aligned to the new mining code?
** with the mention of environment in the Mali Government announcement, it may include (IMO) funding for the new structure and processes that were rolled out to the local community stakeholders.
Humour me though, let's just say whoever it is does pay a NSR, where will they be sending it?
If the company is sold, will it go to whoever buys it? Oh, I get it a good selling point to push the price of the offer up?
If the company isn't sold, it will be delisted in June 2024 and by this time we will have been returned all that cash and "to be determined" LLL shares.
~ we will still be shareholders though, but I hope it isn't sent to the Bank of Neverland.
~ although, Fraser will probably still be on the Board? he can add it to his resume along with Sundance directorship of unlisted companies.
Net smelter royalty? This isn't the correct way to calculate it but maybe a ball park equation?
150,000oz of gold production less costs to produce = US$600oz = US$90,000,000 / 1% = A$1,400,000 (US$900,000) /1,182,864,577 shares = $0.0012c per FFX share?
