No objection to all the business plans you mentioned. But when PLS has enough cash reserve to do both, why only choose one over the other.
And no, I started to buy PLS around $1.8 and I am well in money with my position, but that doesnt make me fall in love with the company and I am very disappointed about the share performance in last year or so.
