My impression which could be wrong is that some clinically significant effects were at least reported by Mesoblast in their trial in pediatrics GvHD and that the FDA had pretty much said something to that effect way back at ODAC.

I don't think its a fact that the last trial in adults failed to find significant effect - I think its arguable (indeed I have argued that Mesoblasts approaches have been confounded) but I don't think what you are asserting to be a fact is so either. Open to being shown I'm wrong.

I generally tend to agree with you and whytee but sometimes thing you overstate the case. And where the case for a medical development is strong that isn't nothing. That's something.
