No, the problem remains for the people of new Russian regions. Also, I have seen talk from Kyiv about Russia paying for all reconstruction etc. with the support of it's western 'allies'. If Russia left today, back to pre-2022 borders (or pre-2014 borders), much of the population wouldn't be happy and in danger. It can't just be done, it needs work from both parties. Kyiv's demands are either childish and naive at best, or an act to enable the continuation of the conflict (at worst).
