No sorry tangs, Russia have left Kyiv largely intact. Maybe you misunderstand my point about the harsh retribution. It was a hypothetical "IF 'Russia hadn't been holding back' ... 'did they forget the harsh retribution would be coming'.
Recall that, a few weeks ago, Zelensky had to remind the citizens of Kyiv that they shouldn't be so carefree?
And I am not fussing. Just saying: If Kyiv continue attacking Russian cities and towns, maybe it's not weird when Russia return the favour.
