ah ok. Yes. For those two areas its going to be additional difficulty for ukraine when they enter them. as this conflict was winding down before feb 22 the population was reduced by then and was tired of the conflict. Now with so many young men dead from fighting ukrainian forces i believe they do not give a crap about russia or ukraine. They just want this war to be over. So happy or not its going to be surpassed by just beinf glad its over.
