They can't sell it, myIOU systems are entirely integrated with iSentric.
At best they could lease access to it, which still is a problem for them as they would have to maintain the software. Also by scrapping it, they retain the IP that they might use elsewhere.. maybe IDSB will use it? Who knows.

First, thats a monthly return. Second, you still remain entirely ignorant about IDSB, what they do, or the connections they have. It's possible to make an investment for reasons other than a dividend.

I asked Kev this SO many times when he made this argument.. show me a situation where a company invests millions into something and then gets that money back within even 5 years. You think mining companies get their hundreds of millions invested in equipment back within 12 months? 60 months??
Regardless, you don't know what the value of those IDSB shares are now, do you? ROI includes the value of the owned shares, not just the dividend

They do not want sophs owning a very large proportion of the company for an obvious reason. More likely the raise will come after trading and fair value of the company is established.

Running BNPL was obviously unprofitable. It is a shame, I really think they could have made cash out of it if managed properly.

But consider. The only sub with legitimate costs and revenue activity are iSentric, which they mentioned is operating favourably (this includes Pt. Isentric in indonesia) and myPlay in myanmar, which if you look at previous yearly reports has always had its head above water.
With respect to Datamorph, they practically speaking invoice iSentric for IT work and, therefore, if iSentric is operating OK, this implies Datamorph is OK too.
SKM is a total scam IMO. I do wonder what will happen with that.
