The sceptic in me just noticed the South Burnett Times (SBT) isn't a "local" paper as such ... it is part of a network of regional papers owned by APN Publishing Network.

There is a good chance APN is Brisbane based. My, what a tempting opportunity for political and corporate advocates with an agenda ... editorial support might be as simple as fulsome advertising rates.

Is there an office, reporters and editorial staff for the SBT in Kingaroy? I couldn't find an email address to send a letter to the "editor", as I am inclined to do.
