RED ain't so bad. The only reason they have not been making big profit is because the hedging covenants they had to sign up for to secure lending.
They capital raised to get rid of a huge amount of that debt as they have been selling 40% of their production for $2400-$2500 an ounce.
They have great life of mine and good grade. I still think an SLR merger with RMS and then take out RED wouldn't be bad.
Given the cash SLR and RMS have, anything could happen. They could really merge with Gold Road and then take out RED, DEG and a couple of others. I'd like some of those free cash flows every quarter.
