Interesting that its the only public answer on the 4DS investor hub & Jim was explicitly mentioned by Dave in the video.

Could a big chunk of sales pool entice Jim to take on a formal role? Are there things Jim can do that he would be prevented from if he was either a director or executive? Are there ways to unlock interest from US investors (public / private) to establish a greater market cap prior to acquisition from a manufacturer? .
