re: future outlook?
Wrote to the company regarding options and what the raised money would be used for. Apparently, options forms were sent out Monday...however, no plans for the use of the money have been made, or at least, have been publically released. I think the market would be a bit more reassured about bidding the price higher than 32-33 cents if they thought the dilution would correspond to even greater increases in shareholder value (e.g won't just be used for bonuses and new offices). Anyway, although the income stream from the Maldives project (in complete form) is pretty small and there are few details about who is paying for what (bank vs. SES vs joint venture partners), the project should play an important demonstration effect and get a lot of press in different development agencies around the world...hoping for an early Christmas present...go SES
