Wayne's comment about "not many shares on issue and even raising it 15 per cent or what the ASX allows us to raise leaves a huge upside moving forward" does seem to telegraph that the upcoming raise may add around 2.3 million shares and raise more than $40 million before fees. Options or a discount to sweeten is the obvious question.
