Your post wasn’t exactly very well worded.
But you’re grossly underestimating the cost benefit of having DRAM speed with persistent memory. The cooling systems required to maintain the operation of volatile DRAM are a significant cost.
And how about potential bandwidth performance between a volatile and non-volatile memory? A data centre is all about volume of data, and speed is but one factor.
